The last two months have been a grind — in the best possible way. Upgrading equipment. Upgrading software. Attending seminars. Training the team. Organizing systems. Building the infrastructure to handle the volume of work that has been coming in. It has been relentless and it has been worth every bit of it.
We are ready for what comes next.
Introducing the Expanded APEX Team
APEX Content Co. has added three new members. Each one was brought in for a specific reason. Each one raises the standard of what we are able to deliver.
Adam comes to APEX directly from Night Wing Media, a real estate media company in Michigan, where he built serious post-production experience in property content creation. He knows exactly what a listing video needs to look like to move buyers — and he brings that precision to every project he touches. Having Adam on the editing side means faster turnaround, higher consistency, and a post-production standard that fully matches the quality of our field work.
Trey is in the field, actively learning and developing the cinematic approach to real estate filmmaking that defines what APEX produces. He is not just picking up a camera — he is learning the craft intentionally and with discipline. Raised in Southern Colorado, he brings the same work ethic this region is built on to every shoot he is part of.
Fatima manages the business operations and social media strategy that keep APEX running at the level our clients expect. She is the reason projects stay organized, communication stays sharp, and every piece of content we produce has a real distribution strategy behind it.
What This Means For You
Prices Are Going Down — Not Up.
As our volume grows, our costs come down — and we are passing that directly to our clients. Better team, more capacity, lower prices. That is how growth is supposed to work. We have always believed that the best real estate media in Southern Colorado should be accessible to every agent, not just the ones with the biggest budgets.
Licensed Commercial Music for YouTube.
This is a bigger deal than it might sound. Copyright-cleared, commercially licensed music means your listing videos can now be posted actively on YouTube — with modern songs, real production value, and zero risk of content being muted, flagged, or removed. YouTube is one of the most powerful and underused platforms in real estate marketing. We are now fully positioned to use it for every client.
Agent Branding Videos — Now Launching.
We are officially launching agent branding video production at APEX. Personal brand content built specifically for real estate agents — vertical social video, lifestyle content, community storytelling, and branded packages designed to grow your presence and build the kind of trust that turns followers into actual clients.
We want to give a special thank you to Lisa Lane with Code of the West Real Estate for being the first agent in Southern Colorado to trust APEX with an agent branding video. Lisa, we do not take that lightly. Thank you for believing in what we are building.
Wyoming and Beyond.
We have picked up contracts in Wyoming and are actively expanding our footprint across Colorado. The pipeline is growing and the team is built to handle it. The goal was never just Southern Colorado. The goal is all of Colorado — every market, every field.
A Personal Note From Garret
I will be stepping away for the next two weeks, and I want to be completely transparent about that — because I think it says something important.
I am not stepping away because things are slow. I am stepping away because I am confident enough in this team to let them run it.
That confidence did not come easy. It came from watching Adam, Trey, and Fatima show up every single day and prove that they get it. They understand the standard. They understand what APEX is trying to build. They are more than capable of handling whatever comes up while I am out.
When I started APEX, it was just me. One camera. One drone. One gap in the market nobody was filling. I knew what it could become — but building it has taken time, the right people, and a refusal to cut corners just to grow faster.
I did not rush this.
The team you are working with now is the result of that patience. What you are going to see from APEX over the next six to twelve months — as we push north through Colorado and deepen our work in Wyoming — is what happens when the foundation is built right.
Thank you for trusting us from the beginning. We will not let you down.
