None of this happened alone. There are people who believed in me before I had a single project to show them — who opened doors, trusted me with their work, and changed the direction of everything. This page is for them.
When you're building something from nothing, the hardest part isn't the work. It's finding people who believe in you before you've proven anything. I was lucky enough to find a few of those people early on. They didn't just give me a chance — they changed what I thought was possible. APEX Content Co. exists because of them, and I want that to be part of this story permanently.
There are some people in your life where the words just don't do it justice — and Tomi is one of them. She helped me land that first real estate project in Forbes Park, Colorado — the listing we filmed and photographed together. That house sold shortly after. I didn't fully understand it at the time, but that single project changed everything. It proved the model. It started the whole thing.
What makes this even more special is that it didn't stop there. Tomi and I continue to work on projects together, and her family has become part of my world. I watch her kids play football and basketball — and I film them for the love of it, because that's what this is all about. Some of the most genuine, warm, and amazing people I've had the privilege of knowing. I am grateful every single day.
Amanda was my first client. She is the reason I got my foot in the door with real estate in Southern Colorado — and her listing in Forbes Park, Colorado was the property that Tomi and I filmed and photographed together. That house sold shortly after. Sometimes I still can't believe that's where all of this started.
That one listing. That one moment of trust. Who knows where things would have gone if Amanda hadn't given me a shot in filming first. She didn't have a portfolio to look at. She just said yes — and that one decision changed everything.
Arica was my first large-scale project — and she showed me what I was actually capable of. The editing, the filming, the full scope of what professional real estate media could look like when done right. She pushed the ceiling on what I thought I could deliver, and I've never gone back below it.
Code of the West Real Estate is one of the most welcoming, collaborative, and driven teams I have ever worked with. The entire marketing team — their openness to ideas, their energy, their focus on doing whatever it takes to get attention and get homes sold — that mindset is contagious. Working alongside them shaped how APEX Content Co. operates to this day. They are not just clients. They are part of what this company is built on.
