Great footage is 80% preparation. We do the homework so nothing is left to chance on shoot day.

We check solar position relative to the property's orientation before we book the shoot time. Which windows catch morning light? Which exterior faces golden hour? Where will shadows fall on the drone? We plan around this — not after the fact.

Colorado weather is unpredictable, especially in Southern Colorado's mountain and high desert terrain. We watch the forecast days in advance. We shoot in optimal conditions or we reschedule — because bad light and overcast skies cost you buyers.

FAA-certified drone operations require airspace verification before every flight. We check for temporary flight restrictions, proximity to airports, and any local ordinances that affect our drone flight plan. Always legal. Always safe.
Golden Hour Scheduling
The first and last 30 minutes of sunlight transform Colorado real estate. Whenever the listing allows, we schedule shoots to capture golden hour aerials. It's not always possible — but when it is, the difference is undeniable.
